How does the 21-day trial work?
The trial gives you 21 days of full Pro access — up to 500 invoices, every feature included, no credit card required. When it ends, choose the plan that fits; your data stays exactly where you left it.
What counts as an invoice?
Each supplier document Clara processes — invoices and credit notes alike — counts once toward the monthly allowance.
What happens when I reach my monthly invoice limit?
Processing pauses until the next billing cycle or an upgrade — nothing is lost, and everything already processed stays fully accessible.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Subscriptions are managed through the Stripe customer portal (Settings → Billing in the app): upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.
Does Clara support Portuguese IVA?
Natively. IVA rates and NIF validation are part of how Clara reads every invoice, and account classification follows the Portuguese SNC chart of accounts.
Is there a setup fee?
Yes, for Primavera-connected companies: 500 € one-time for the first company, and 150 € for each additional company in the same group. It covers configuring your Primavera credentials, mapping suppliers and chart of accounts, and onboarding your team.
What if I process more than 500 invoices a month, or run several companies?
That is Enterprise: a bespoke agreement covering multiple companies under one contract, dedicated model training, custom integrations, and SLA guarantees, priced per organization. Write to enterprise@sendtoclara.ai.
